    Elk travel distance?

    What is the greatest distance that you know elk have traveled from water or food to bedding? I have seen them travel nearly 3 miles from a mountain bedding area to low river bottom (creek) and back before daylight. They can cover a long distance over night.

    East vs West Elk Calling Contest?
