Just moved to steamboat. looking for an Elk packing and hunting partner so if I get an elk down I might have some help and vice versa. Let me know if you know anyone in Steamboat.

Seen several posts where people recommended them and I am seriously considering switching to these.  So I thought I would start a thread on the VPA Broadheads for opinions and pictures of them whether it's game taken, sharpening, target shooting, comparisons, or just whatever.

I have a buddy in the military that swears by them.  Anybody use them?  What are your opinions and are they worth the extra money?  They look like they are very well built and would be a good long term investment.

I love mountain house meals but I have heard that the sodium content is pretty high, making it a bit unhealthy for day after day eating.  Mountain house claims to have lowered the sodium levels on most of their meals.  Any opinions?

Thought this would be an interesting thread.  I'll start We make an awesome venison spaghetti.  We use ground venison and pork with various spices to make sausage for the meat sauce.  Also add orange and yellow bell peppers.  One of the best dishes I've ever had

I hear so many people rave about smartwool socks but I know that First Lite make top notch merino clothing so I am on the fence about which one to get.  Any opinions on these or suggestions for other brands of quality merino socks?
