Fish Help

I just moved to northern Idaho and I have found a few places I want to try out. But they have largemouth bass, bluegill, and crappie. Those are three fish I've never gone after. What should I try/look for when fishing them. Is there a depth they like? Lures they like? flies they like? Cover? Any help would be appreciated.

crappie like dense brush arear rocky areas and usally can be found in med. dept water.

There should be some great kokanee and some awesome lake trout fishing too.

My recomendation, skip the warmwater species.


I suggest you get into steelhead and salmon fishing and focus on that.

I like to fish for Bass and stuff but i wont eat them.  I like salmon and Deep sea fish.
