I personally try to find the least expensive ones out there. Picture quality is typically decent on them and they seem to last. I'd rather have more cameras of lower quality than less cameras with better quality, and it also hurts less in those random occasions when a camera gets stolen. I've had good luck with Stealth Cams when they go on sale from places like Camofire. Just picked up three more for roughly $35 each last week.
I haven't used many, but I currently have a couple cell cams from Wildgame Innovations, and I'm pretty frustrated with them. I bought them refurbished off camofire, so they obviously aren't in tip-top share, but they seem to have a new issue pop up every year. I plan to try spypoint next. As far as I know, these are the only two cell camera brands that offer a free photo transmission subscription.
