hi, I'm trying to post a 45 sec video and it keeps telling me to contact administrator.  please help.  Ive followed directions and it shouldn't be hard.  not sure what the problem is

Copy the YouTube url out of your address bar and insert it between the code blocks provided when you hit the YouTube buttuon above the smiley faces.
