Utah Private Land Hunting

Well I posted this before but I just realized I accidentally posted in Hunting Gear. 

I have been looking at doing an archery elk hunt this next season.  I thought that utah was draw only but recently I found out they have over the counter public as well as landowner permits.  I have some family friends who own hunting land in northern Utah so I am now looking into that.  Anybody have an info on this landowner permit?

Your friend would probably have the most info regarding how many tags the state has allocated them for their property.
Where is their property?  Cache, Morgan, Rich, Summit, Weber, Box Elder, Wasatch County???

Not sure yet I just know it's northern utah but it's probly one of those because they live in salt lake
