I absolutely hate buying replacement blades for heads. About 30 years ago I was shooting Snuffers, back when Roger made them. Over the years, I’ve drifted away and back to that type of head.
Was never a student of the single bevel craze, until today. I bought a pack of VPA Omega heads with bleeders and they came last night.
Screwed one on this morning and stepped out at 20 yards to see how they would tune with my setup. I think the picture tells the story. Bottom arrow is the VPA, top a field point.
Can’t wait for fall to get here and see how they preform on game.
VPA is machined in northern Indiana with American steel. And no, I’m not affiliated with them, just use their footers and heads.
