I finally convinced my last buddy to run a tubeless peep. I gave him a spare and I tied it in for him. His tube kept snapping and he would just clip it shorter and shorter. What a mess.

Yeah, peep tubes are definitely not the way to go anymore.
They break, slow your string down and generally a PITA

No tube for me. They were a necessary evil, but thankfully we don\'t use Fast Flight string anymore.

I never did use one. In the back of my mind, something just didn\'t feel right about stretching a rubber band in front of my eye. And besides, if you tie a peep in right, it will not rotate so long as your string is in good working order.

I did have one rotate once and couldn\'t figure out why. The string looked to be OK. But upon closer inspection I found a broken strand under the center serving.
