Wolves and Elk in Idaho

Vortex 50mm scope
Has anyone used the new Vortex 50mm scope? I have the viper hd 80mm (for sale) and its just too big to use for backcountry archery. I bought it not knowing that i would be into archery so quickly! Anyway, was wondering if there are any con's vs my 80mm?? thanks- atxboise
