Idaho draw results are out.
Draw results are out for 2026. I had a big swing and a miss on the two “good” tags I put in for but I drew an extra antlerless whitetail tag for mid November through mid December. I might not even try to fill that tag if I get an elk this year but if my freezer has room then I’ll be out there...- ribo451

Call me crazy
No input on that particular arrow. I’ve only shot two deer with a bow and they were both complete pass throughs. I’ve shot 8 elk with a bow and haven’t had a pass through yet. I’m certain that there are a lot more grizzly bears out there than the fish and game would like to admit to. I don’t know why they would lie about that but they seem to in my opinion. Good luck in the draw. I don’t know about the rest of the state but up here in the panhandle we are having an incredibly mild winter. Hopefully it stays that way and winter kill doesn’t occur.- ribo451

Try this for whitetails
I guess one other complaint I have is that I hunted the whole time hoping for snow and we never got any. Now I am headed to stare at my in-laws for thanksgiving and it snowed overnight. Oh well.- ribo451
