OTC non resident hunts
I'm from Ohio and kind of narrowed down OTC states to Idaho, Colorado and Arizona. Ive never hunted for elk in my life but its something I've always dreamed of doing. I could use some help on narrowing it down some more so I have a good idea of where I should hunt and what state would be best...- philip24hoyt

Hey guys I'm new to the forum. Was hoping to gather up some info about OTC hunts... I decided I want to do it on my own and was wondering what state is best for OTC tags regarding units and elk herd.
