Favorite Elk call?

I prefer a diaphram call, it just seems to give me more vocal control and I can use it to make either a cow sound or a bugle with a tube. Also no hand movement by holding a reed type call. I would name my calls, but not certain it is allowed on here....

Recurve elk hunters?

I got a new RER Vital recurve and I plan on elk hunting with it in 2013. It's a 50# at 28" takedown. I will use cut on contact broadheads. Any recurve elk hunters here? Would like to hear some of your stories.

Elk down in 2012

This is my 2012 Colorado 6x6 DIY public land. Hunted the area for 3 years with a bow, but drew a muzzleloading tag this year.
