triathlon
i did my first tri today. wasnt planning on it as i was suppose to be on call at work all weekend but that changed so i signed up last minute. im to tired now but i will write the story up tomorrow, it will be worth the read if your wantin a good lol. so make some popcorn an come back tomorrow. -

im a huge history buff

shot my bow today
for the first time in almost 2 years. only shot 15 arrows at 20 yds, sights were right where i left them (spot hogg real deal), shot 3 inch groups but considering how long its been an muscles werent ready for it didnt think that was to bad. the groups will tighten again over time. -
