I would have to license and insure a side by side to ride roads in Idaho too. I’m not sure what the OHV license costs. Probably less than registering a vehicle. I use my little car for hunting and pretty much everything that I don’t want to drive my truck for. The side by side would be nice...- ribo451

I don’t have any experience with a side by side but if they make one less than 50” I can see the benefit to one. I have a 4 wheeler for riding trails that I rarely use. What states are you looking to apply for this year?
Just my home state of Idaho. I want to hunt some otc units in neighboring states but I seem to have a hard time getting out as much as I want here at home. I’ll be trying to get a second deer tag for Idaho but they have been hard to get lately.- ribo451

We have some nice bucks around here. I might shoot one of them if I ever start passing on bucks like this one. 6th buck I saw in 3 1/2 days. I saw one bigger but couldn’t get a shot. This one looked good enough to me this morning. Now I can go back to work. Yay.- ribo451
