rain and the oncoming rut

it seems that here in NM we are gettign a ton of rain almost daily up in the unit im going to hunt starting next week. hwo will all the rain effect buguling and the upcoming rut?

cattle and elk

i just found out that a couple of weeks ago the rancher moved his cattle into the main canyon i was going to try to hunt. how do you think it will effect the elk in that area?
