Sunday will be it for me
Looks like Sunday will be my last day out until October 1st. I\'ll get to try out my new lone wolf hang on/4 pack of climbing sticks. I can\'t wait. As of now it\'ll be in the teens Sunday morning. Finally went Pheasant hunting
First time I\'ve ever been. I had a blast! Shot this guy two hours into the hunt. Private ground with no dogs. The taxidermist will have him done in about 7 months Anyone else Pheasant hunt? I plan on going to Kansas city, MO in March on ranch to hunt them.- burtle

Which straps to help carry a climber?
Hey guys so I ordered the Summit Viper SD finally. I\'ve heard nothing but great things about the stand so pulled the trigger to get one. I used CHEAP ladder stand last year and I couldn\'t stay more than two hours in one. The seat was about 12\"x8\" and the foot platform was a little bigger...- burtle

Can I realistically do a DIY Elk hunt for under $2K?
Hey guys! Hope all is well! I\'ve always wanted to hunt Elk. I\'m a total newb when it comes to Elk. They are amazing animals I know that. I was wondering if it was possible to go on a do it yourself Elk hunt for under $2,000? As in the hunt its self. I know taxidermy fees would raise the price...- burtle
