How much point weight can I hang on a 29.5 " carbon to carbon 250 spine arrow @ 70lbs before I weaken my spine too much? -

Nocturnal fit for .166 id shafts
I bought the micro GT Platinum pierce arrows this year with .166 id and I'm wondering how well the fit is with them because I had 6.5mm arrows before and the nocks came out really easy. Just paranoid since they are expensive, any help is appreciated
