First day (8/31/2013), tagged out....... First archery black bear, had three bears within 32 yards, drew on two, but this one gave me the opportunity.





1/3 of my tags filled, got two deers tags left.  8)

Howdy Everyone,


                    This is my first post here, I have been lurking for a while. Here is a pic of my First animal with a bow. Have been hunting since the 30th here in northern Idaho and yesterday evening this dude presented me a nice 32 yard shot just before dark. I still have an extra anlerless deer tag & elk to go.


This is a great web site with lots of good reading....

Yes, I have video from my POV and I have additional footage from my bow getting me through the entire ordeal from spotting to the complete end. I also have a deer hunt coming up this wknd (9/7) hoping to incorprate both hunts onto one video and I have to edit and make my video. I'm assuming possibley be done editing and completing the video at the end of the month. I'll definitely send a link here so people can access it.

Went out this past weekend to try and find a bull for my hunting buddy. Instead of elk, we ran into this guy. He came to 10 yards before Keith (in the picture) got the shot. Awesome strawberry blond color bear, with pure white underfur. Really unique color.
