anybody else hunt prairie maggots? I started last year strictly spot and stalk and was fortunate enough to take one at 20 yards on my last day to hunt 3 days before the season closed. I had blown opportunities at bucks far bigger then this dude . I chalk it up as learning curve and being my first season hunting them. by far the hottest, pokiest dirtiest hunt I've ever done and I'm ridiculously addicted not to mention they are my favorite out of all the beasts to eat.
