I decided it was time to upgrade my GPS, so I took advantage of a sale at Cabelas this morning

I purchased the Garmin 62ST as it was $229, down $220 from $449.
I applied $120 of Cabelas gift Cards toward it so my cost was $109!

Now I need a HuntColorado chip and Ill be set

I believe so. I have never had a GPS that took the chip, but my buddies do.
It shows BLM/NF/Private boundaries
Its about $100

Brad I have the 62 with the chip in it and it worked very good for me this year. One thing I really liked was it picks up signal fast even in heavy cover.

Scott that chip is well worth it especially if you are anywhere close to private lands.

If you buy the computer download version, you may load it onto 2 different GPS units. I then can also view the map on my computer.

They have a booth at the Denver Sportman show in January and will offer you a discount at the show. That is where I purchased my first version.

Nice buy, Brad ... like Mtnmutt, I got mine at the sportsmen\'s show in Denver ... can\'t remember the show discount, but it was better than a kick in the pants.
