if any of you are looking for a boot leather conditioner; i cannot say enough good things for Obernaufs. i bought my tub from Amazon and when i got it, it looked huge and i thought it would never run out. well, correction..a few years later, my tub is past the halfway mark. i use it on everything. friends come by and use it.. i used it on my wife\'s subaru leather seats after our dog..\"evacuated\" his stomach on the seats and i cleaned them rather harshly.
i just recently had to do some engineering during some grout injection work. the single messiest job. (big augers burrowing into the earth while grout is injected, this stabilizes loose soil for big building foundations) i hurt my boots. i scrubbed the dried crust off, and reapplied Obernaufs..the previous coat didnt allow the grout to embed..and the subsequent coat, brought back the new boot look!!
hunt season is hear..give your leather boots some love!
i also used the stuff on my leather wrist strap on my bow. soft and supple now. (sucks to have one break on you in the wilderness, trust me)
i wish Obernaufs made a bow string wax!! (i bet the boot conditioner would work..hahah)
