Anti fog for glasses

Unfortunately I have to we're my specs if I plan to see what I am shooting at and many time due to body heat or just lots of moisture in the air, my glasses fog up bad, any ideas on how to fix that? It's a real pain to stare through fog or have to move all the time to clean them, and contacts are not an option for me thx. Jeff

Cat Crap works pretty well, but it does eventually wear off.
