My gardens are doing pretty good.

I have corn, potatoes and pumpkins in one and onions, jalape?o peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes in the other.

Very nice garden.

No garden this year. New house requiring projects, so a garden was a no go this year.

Do you have problems with critters?

After my dog and cat passed away, critters took their toll on my garden at my old house. When my back gate broke, the does also had a field day eating my tomato plants. Previously, only the bucks could jump the fence.

There are some coons that like to come sniffing around the corn when the cobs start maturing, but its nothing that my electric fence doesnt cure :)
A couple low strands makes them squeal about midnight

You should put a tree stand up with spotlight and have some night time bowhunting! lol. We have a small garden. Small lot. We have green beans, tomatoes, dill, cilantro, lemon cucumbers and melons. Nothing crazy.

Every year I have a garden. I have tomatoes, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, cayenne peppers, Onions, yellow summer squash, zucchini squash, cucumbers, asparagus, cherry tomatoes.

I like to make fresh salsa and also can some. I did 45 pints last year and my daughter ate most of it. I have to hide it if I want any. She doesn\'t know about my stash. :shh:

I don\'t have the space or weather where I am right now.

I am hoping that my next base or location that I move to will be better in that department.
I am drooling thinking of homemade salsa or pico de gallo.

I\'m like a share cropper. My mother-in-law and brother-in-law both have big gardens we work in and my wifes cousin sells organic produce that she helps with. He\'s got 800 tomato plants in this year. So we get more than enough produce for fresh and canning. We did pick and process about 50 qts of strawberries this weekend. (and ate about 15 qts)

yep always have a garden and enjoy doing it. got corn onions strawberries carrots beets green beans peas cucumbers pumpkin potatoes tomatoes broccoli lettuce and spinach and bell peppers and green chili\'s and jalapenos: guess I got raspberries patch too but it just kinda does it own thing.
we usually able to freeze and can enough stuff so my family of five doesn\'t have to buy veggies until may-june then only a couple months till harvest again

NO!

i am saddened that i dont have a veggie garden this year. we have some Voles, Moles and Ground squirrels terrorizing me. my cat is taking out some voles and moles, but the Ground Squirrels are kicking my butt. i have set up (in the past) my turkey ground blind in 100 deg temps to wait them out with a pellet rifle. not to much success.

this year, i elected to starve them out. no veggie garden. my yard looks like Death\'s playground. brown and life-less. i am hitting the farmer\'s markets for my fresh stuff.

sad.

Corn

Yum yum yum!!!!!!!

Tomatoes and peppers for some homemade salsa.
Potatoes for an elk stew here in a few weeks.
Cucumbers for a nice spinach salad.

And corn on the cob for.... ME!!!! YUM!

Good looking harvest, Brad.

looks good I just had my wife make some of our jalapenos filled with cheese and wrapped in bacon. Nothing better than garden grown berries and veggies.
