Anyone still chasing deer late season?

With the warmer weather this year, I am still out and about chasing whitetail and I won\'t give up until the fat lady sings!


I am going to hunt while I am home in Massachusetts and I am planning 2 more sits in Oklahoma before the end of the season. (Jan 15th)

Planning on a bowhunt this Saturday afternoon.

Missouri alternative season is dec 19-29 and I will be hunting it between all the family Christmas get togethers. Then bow season goes till 1/15.

Still chasing here! Fewer nice bucks around us this year than in past years. Outfitters encroaching more every year. A new one started up last year just six miles from me. Can\'t blame em but it sure doesn\'t help.
 
I\'m headed back to Neb this weekend with Pikemaster.
I will have my bow and he will have his ML.

Brown is down from here on out for me.

After this weekend I have 2 doe tags good til Jan 15 with any weapon starting Jan 1.
 
Our shotgun season is going on now till 12-20-15. After that our late Muzzy opens and bow reopens till 1-10-16

I will be out till the end. I plan on shooting a deer with my 45 auto. Handguns can be used in the late Muzzy season.

Yes I don\'t expect much deer movement in this weather. Next week looks good. Evenings should be good if ya can find food to hunt over or near.
 
Was going to go today but it was in the 70\'s. Too warm for me.

It\'s supposed to rain starting at midnight and not stop for 10 hours. Guess tomorrow is out of the question too.
darn!

Maybe next weekend.
