:) ...but I wanted to share

My fiancee Sarah and Buddy, the Parson Russell terrier (and myself) were watching Fallow deer in the public forestry a mile or so from where we're staying...and after seeing two really nice bucks on the move with a dozen or so yearlings, and half a dozen does, I noticed one of the bucks only had one horn...hang on; didn't he just have two?? Sure enough, Buddy hit the line off in a grassy clearing and took it straight to the shed antler (we could see it ourselves, but wanted to see what the dog made of it)

Next on our list are some Red stag sheds  8)  Not your whale-tail 7x7 but they'll be a start

And I should explain we're in the county of Suffolk, England (not far from RAF Lakenheath and Mildenhall, if any Elk101.com USAF forumites have served or are serving, or know those that are)

Reckon this link is as near as I can get....

Square area of open [grass] land in the centre of image...there be Red, Fallow, Roe and Reeves' Muntjac in them there woods...but sadly NO bowhunting in the UK

(Still, good news from the British Bowhunters Association HERE http://www.britishbowhunterassociation.co.uk/page13.php)
