I am wanting to order some elk hunting dvds,  What are some of the better ones to watch, and learn from?? Also prefer bow hunts over a bunch of rifle hunts..

Thanks

Elk 101 for sure. 335 days (I believe), Born and Raised first video is great for a regular guy like me, they even shoot a spike!  Also, Cameron Hanes "Backcountry bow hunter" book is awesome, packed full of great stuff if that's what you're in too.  Extreme Elk magazine too....

for learning what to expect on an elk hunt and the basics( Elk 101 university of elk hunting) for sure.  for just cool archery elk hunting videos  all the seasons of Full Draw a must and a great cause to support also.

I am not sure that there is such a thing as a good one ?.
Some are enjoyable to watch.
But 99% of them are all made on private property, so it really isn't much like what most of us deal with on Public land. JMHO.

I'm a big fan of the western hunter, I love the episodes of Nates backcountry elk hunts.

I'm also a big fan of the Born and Raised Outdoors videos. They are worth the money to buy them. I've watched them over and over. I really liked "The Reason" which was their first video. Plus it's $5 cheaper!

Camofire has the Full Draw Film Tour DVD set on occasionally or you can just call customer service and order them. The set is $14.99 on Camofire which is a whole lot of money saved.

Last night I watched 2 episodes of Solo Hunter from his(Tim) Idaho elk hunt and that was pretty sweet. But not all of his hunts are elk (not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Full of Bull V from Rocky Mountain Hunting Calls is a solid mix of instruction with entertainment.

From a learning standpoint, I'd say hands down it's Elk Hunting University here on Elk101.  Great overall content covering a broad range of topics.  I have probably 7 or 8 other videos I bought to specifically learn from over the years but this one by Corey Jacobson is my favorite!
