Bittersweet Dinner

I only have one tenderloin left!!! The wife are 4 pieces...usually she passes on wild game. I worked so hard to get her to like it, but now I am second guessing my decision. Between her and the 4 year old and 1.5 year old I only got my FAIR share!!! Dangit!

I remember those days. My kids are all grown now but still raid my freezer when they come home.

Duck popper!!!! One of my all time fav!!! I\'m running low on venison and elk, but have plenty of mallard breasts for a little while!!
