Broadhead for Bear

Going on my first bear hunt this year.  Wondering what you would recommend for bear.  Heard lots of stories about no blood trails with bears because of their fat and fur.  I typically hunt with a Ulmer Edge Mechanical, or a Magnus Stinger.

Either of those will work just fine.
I typically use a 1-3/8" cut Grim Reaper Razortip, and have never had problems with a blood trail.

Magnus is a great head. I mainly use Muzzy 100 Mx3 for deer and 125's for bear. Not big on Mechs.

Used G5 Montecs. 4 drops of blood both lungs. Luckily found him 75yrds.Looked like mushrooms of fat out of the wounds. Wish we could use expandables on big game in Idaho.

For black bear I don't think it makes a difference what BH you use. If it were a grizz or Brown gear I see a lot of folks using two blade heads, assuming that is for better penetration but not sure.
