buttocks and upper legs

what are some of the exercises that you do in order to strengthen and add muscle to your buttocks and upper legs.
 
Ya, I like to do the leg curls, leg press, and leg extensions. I do more of a circuit workout that gets some of the entire body.
 
Find a hill or some stairs and put some weight in your pack and start hiking.  Function, form and utility.
 
Ass 2 Grass Squats, Full Squats=Full Leg workout.... Check out Mark Ripptoe or Olympic style lifting, Russian Strength Gainer will build you up really fast... I do legs 3xweek and it shows!
 
It's hard to beat climbing mountains with a heavy backpack. It develops the main muscles, and all the supporting small muscles that you need for the hunt.


It also develops strong lungs and heart.
