Carcass Cam

I put some pronghorn carcasses out in the pasture ... with a camera on them ... for a couple weeks.

Cnelk and I took the camera down Friday night ... and there were NO photos of coyotes, but a lot of these guys. Then, this morning, my dog got to looking a the carcass pile, 175 yards from the house. Suddenly, she took off, barking ... and chased away two coyotes.

Sneaky devils.

I put my carcass out in the field about 100-150 yards and harvast a few crows and sometimes a coyote every year. Lots of fun and good practice.
