My mom was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer this past March, she is 77 and she was pretty scared - as were the rest of us. She was essentially quarntined in her house with my dad for all of those weeks, in order to minimize the risk of infection. A port was placed in her chest to administer the chemo treatments, so she had to stay away from people to avoid any possible exposure to someone with the flu, cold, etc. Luckily the cancer was in the 1st stage and after 5 sessions of chemo, she is cancer free!

So, I decided to get her, my dad and wife a surprise walleye fishing trip here in Denver. We had a great time on the boat yesterday, with some quality realaxing time. I learned a few technical presentations and we all caught fish and had a great day. Fish fry tonight!

Looks like a great Day with your Family Roman...beating Lymphoma is something to celebrate for sure! :upthumb:

Looks like a great day on the water Roman. Glad to hear your mom is doing good now. :upthumb:

Thanks everyone!

Mtnmutt is all over it - that was Cherry Creek!

I\'m going to have to take a page out of Brad\'s book and try to get some walleye for a fish fry at hunting camp this year!
