Topics:
Archers to wear fluorescent orange

Marking your tree stand with fluorescent orange

Separating archery and ML seasons

I wonder who came up with these, excuse the pun, bright ideas???????????

Is Colorado slowly becoming and eastern extension of California???

Nothing new. They try to split the archery season all the time. Gotta love our WildlifeCommision :downthumb: :downthumb: :downthumb: :downthumb: But I think the orange idea is something new they may have added to the pot. Personally, I have no problem with that. It is a safety issue. Maybe it will cause the camoed MZ guys to also wear orange over their camo as well.

I thought the MZ folks already had to wear orange???

Here in Arkansas bow hunters have to wear orange or chartreuse green while bow hunting DURING all MZ and all modern gun seasons...

Yes, they do have to in Colorado.

Let\'s put it this way Phil. They are (supposed to wear orange). Problem is, many don\'t. I have witnessed this many times. As soon as they get out of sight of the road, off comes the orange. I\'m not saying they all do it. But a good portion of them do. At least that is what I have seen where I hunt.
