So the time has come ;D [/size] I have the vacation time in and approved at work, Off Aug. 26th - Sept. 13th & if needed Sept. 17th - the 26th, Now all to do is decide what Unit to hunt :-\ [/size] I have hunted Unit 2 Douglas Mountain area for deer back in the mid 90's with a rifle but have not been back in the area since 2000. I have read posts, watched videos and looked at data on DOW, looked at maps, OnXhunt chip & Google earth, Unit 2 takes 17PP & 201 is 19PP I have 20, I am just looking for some more insight into these 2 units, I will be spending the whole summer scouting but until then lets hear what ya'll think, If anyone would like to help me with areas to look at or check out I would be very greatful, I'm not asking for honey holes or family secretes just some Ideas Thanks in advance and if you don't want to make the info public feel free to PM me instead.
