This is the first time I have posted about a company but the additude these guys gave me on the phone and the way they handle the situation really got to me so Watch out for these guys. Bought a bumper from them that they had on craigslist as a scratched item. Nothing in the add said anything about missing parts or mounting hardware missing. I even asked when I picked the bumper up if I needed anything else they said nope it will mount right up. Got home went to mount the bumper and relized I was missing the winch plate and all the mounting hardware. They ended up finding the winch plate and charged me $65 dollars to ship the parts to me. I asked if they would split the shipping since they didnt have all the parts together when I picked it up the first time, they were not willing to help out with the shipping. I get the parts go to mount the bumper again and find out that i am still missing the frame brackets, call them once agian and they tell me that they don\'t have the brackets. At this point I am done messing around with them and tell them that I want to bring the bumper back because it is no good to me with out the brakets. They tell me to bad you bought it as is and they will not take the bumper back. Know to order the parts needed I have to spend another $261 to get the hardware kit to install the bumper. So with the origanal price of the bumper plus shipping and know having to buy the hardware and my travel time and gas I am over the price of what the bumper would have cost new. Be careful on what you buy and make dang sure all the parts are there. They sale a lot of stuff on Denver\'s craigslist and Ebay.
