Colorado Shed Hunting Permit

I've heard rumblings about this and finally stumbled on this today: http://cpw.state.co.us/Documents/Commission/2017/Nov/Item_13-Draft-Ch_W0-Antler_Collection-Nov2017-PWCMtg.pdf Check out the two highlighted areas in red. Apparently now you will have to pay $40 if you want to shed hunt in Colorado and there are restrictions to the time of year you can do it. I don't see the availability to purchase the license online yet, so I'm wondering when that will come about.

I'm good with it as long as a non-resident permit is $250. Keep those sheds in Colorado!

So!!! According to the collecting part of this new law, it appears that any antlers you currently posses could be in violation of the law if a C-O happens to find them hanging from the rafters of your barn or where ever.
