Yep.
But here was a bit of a glitch yesterday morning when some people were emailed they were unsuccessful and also got a PP for desert sheep [you dont get PPs for desert sheep]
So the CPW stopped the emails and it looked like went thru certain blocks of applicants > desert sheep > BH Sheep > Goat.
It wasnt a mass posting of draw results.
Now that this draw is over, I see there MAY BE a 'backdoor' - still researching on that

I got my unsuccessful sheep tag email this morning so it looks like those are going back out again.
