What do the draw odds look like up there Dan? Is it a preference points system or more of a lottery? Where else do you put in for moose, just Maine and Idaho?
Maine doesn't put out odds, but it's similar to other states.
10% to NR and each year you apply you get another bonus point or "name in the hat".
You buy single entries each year or a "booklet" that again is more names in the hat....
Other than Maine I do Idaho because everyone has the same draw odds.
