to maximize my trip, i am timing it with the Hatch NM chili harvest. haha

i\'m waiting for my wife\'s green light, before i buy my airplane tix.

NM opener is on a tuesday..so i hope to fly in on the weekend before and hunt the opener and the few days afterwards..then a quick run to our deer spot with a bigassapplepie and bottle of booze for deer permission.. talk about last minute BS..my brother deserves a stooge slap. hey mo!

nice thing..i have a bunch of shotguns at my moms so i will not even need to pack a gun!! just boots and some camo.. and apple pie and booze.

i\'ve never shot a whitewing dove before.!! kinda excited about it. i hope my wife didnt promise we were going to some baby shower, or 1 year olds birthday or something. hahha.
