Dream hunt

I\'ve asked before what would your dream elk hunt be, but now I want to know what your dream hunt would be, for any species.


For me I am torn between two.

One would be a North Maine Woods hunt for moose with all of my family or the other would be an archery Alaska caribou/grizzly bear hunt.




Someday these will happen.....

AK or British Columbia.

i want to fly in on a hunt. land on a lake with a float plane..or a riverbed with the planes equipped with those big bulbous wheels.

caribou or moose. archery hunt. guided so someone can show me how not to be a grizzly bear turd.

I guess I dream small because I do my dream hunt every year. Nothing I\"ve experienced in life compares to being alone in the backcountry with bulls screaming all around me; just waiting for the sun to come up so I can do what I love most, what I do best. Its where I feel most alive!

I will admit I often dream of big whitetails. I also get worked up just checking my sheep and goat draws each year. Someday... Life is Good

For a hunt outside of my elk hunting time, I would love to go on a moose hunt. I think an Canada or Alaskan hunt would be great. I want to drive up to the North, and come back with all of the meat and antlers. When I went on a caribou hunt, we were limited to bringing back just 40 pounds of meat. The natives got the remainder. BTW: 40 pounds of caribou is quite enough. Caribou does not have much flavor. :downthumb:

Mine would either be a Moose/Caribou/Grizzly hunt in Alaska or a Red Stag Hunt in New Zealand. The antlers on those Red Stags are something that I would love to have hanging on my wall someday.

argentina dove looks insane. you melt barrels. i bet by the end of the day, you are the best wingshooter..ever.

man, somewhere i took the wrong turn in life and ended up middle class..haha..lower middle class.

hunting isnt cheap. imagine the ammo bill at an Argentine dove hunt? \"sir (senor?)..that will be $1978.57 please\"

I guess right now my dream hunt would be in the same position as Will. Bulls screaming around my son and I while we\'re trying to figure out what to do!
