I?ve never heard of it before, but after reading about it real quick and seeing the pictures it sounds amazing! Any recipe you care to share?

We actually had someone make them for us! I could try to get the recipe to post!

In case someone wasn?t hungry enough... I made elk biscuits and gravy tonight lol.

From the looks of that big long roll on the plate, I'd say your dog has a problem! :haha:

Oh, I can attest to the lumpia - it's the bomb!!  I've got a recipe I used after trying what Dan brought to camp once and will share if he doesn't post one(I'll gladly toss mine away if he does because I know how authenticate his are made).

And looks like you're learning well on the biscuits and gravy!  I need to get you that white cheddar and chorizo cheese dip recipe your buddy liked so much then you're all set!

Bill, that dog ain't got no problem other than maybe the plate was on a lazy susan!!  :haha:

The rolls themselves will taste amazing, but I recommend checking your local grocery store for a sweet chili sauce to dip it in. They are usually found in the international section and it REALLY is good!

Brett, there are actually lumpia wrappers but I had to find at an Asian market.  Of course they had the sweet chili sauce Dan refers to which is a must.

I had lots of extra wrappers so made some with elk and some with pork/shrimp!  Dang, already had lunch and getting hungry again.
