i use seasonings from a local company in spokane wa. always a quality product. the company is called mitchlich seasonings i believe. the store name is spokane spice, i have never tried to make my own so i dont know any homemade recipies. the ones from spokane spice are far superior to the stuff you buy at your local outdoor shop
