Elk processing

If I get blessed with an elk, can someone recommend a meat processor from oh, say, Rifle east along Rt 70, or nearby towns?

Unless you are flying I would say by the time you are on 70 headed East you already have it packed out. I would keep it on ice and drive straight home to a local butcher.
