Who all does their own Euro Mounts?

I've tried one, but for the $100-$150 for someone else to do it I've decided that's much easier and well worth the cost. Those turn out much better than mine too.

I did my first one this year. Turned out good I think but, definitely was a learning experience.

I've done it about 5 times with good results.  Use a slow, rolling boil for about 50 min. with Oxi Clean and it will require very little scraping.  I leave it 3 days in the 60/40 peroxide solution for bleaching.

I just did my whitetail this weekend.  Simmer 30 minutes, pressure wash, repeat a couple times and whiten.  Super easy & cheap.

Personally I like the way they come out with beetles better. Keeps the skull joints tighter in my opinion. So like someone mentioned above for the $100-$150 it costs to have them done is worth my time
