Ok guy\'s and Gal\'s,

What is your favorite broadhead and why?

Personally I like the rage extreme chisel tip 100 grain 2.3 inch cut diameter. The accuracy of these are like a field tip. The room for error with these broad heads is awesome. And the blood trail is the best i have ever seen. I have killed elk and deer with them and most not leaving my sight after being shot. The ones that do leave a red carpet to walk to your trophy!

All animal Harvest are a trophy and a gift!

 :problem:

What kind of weight are you drawing Cnelk2?

I have been using Thunderheads forever and have a couple friends that use Rage, and Spitfires. I\'m drawing 60 pounds and always nervous about using a mechanical on elk.

Magnus Stinger 2 blade 100 gr. Shoot great with my bow setup and get great penetration on elk in the rare opportunity one walks in front if it!

Easy to sharpen. If can\'t sharpen or nick the blade, just send it back - lifetime replacement on blades and you\'ll get new ones in the mail.

X-2 what Russ said except I use the 125 gr. four blade Stingers. I use my KME broadhead sharpener to do both the main blade and the bleeders. Makes them hair shaving sharp! Super great elk penetrator!

Any bow hunter should know about room for error... animal jumps your string, poor concentration of shot because your amped up. Many reasons why. any bow hunter or hunter for that matter who says they have not made an error or a bad shot isn\'t being honest with them self. This broad head takes a litlle high, little low or a little far back shot and this broad head opens enough to compensate.

Ill check them out! With the rage if a blade bends or breaks you just replace it. but it\'s on your dime.

Anytime I switch broadheads they become my favorite :)

I tried Grimm Reaper this past fall and they were terrible by my standards, The quality truly reflects their price. I am leery of switching without good info.

Shot my bull with a 4 blade stinger buzz cut. Didn\'t catch any bones or ribs and never found the arrow. Knife through butter...

Well the Iron Will broadheads of course! We use the optimal materials for maximum penetration (not all metal is created equal), and our design is scientifically optimized for max penetration and accuracy. Talk about room for error! :upthumb:
