I wanted to start this thread now that there are lots of elk showing up on the BTO Meat Pole. I just got through filling my freezer with my NM bull and was curious what you wise, experienced elk hunters and elk chefs have to share with everyone.
Hopefully we will all get some great ideas and enjoy some fine dining with everyones help.
