Dad took me hunting, and for that I owe him so much. Real learning was a combination of reading, listening to experienced hunters, experimenting, and like Russ said, \"mistakes\". One of my biggest obstacles was learning to make a broad-head fly well. I guess I had a long blank. lol

Father & actually Mother. She loved hunting as much as the rest of us guys. When I was to small to keep up with the guys, Mom would take me out on shorter hunts. She & I had the first meat hanging on the meat pole one year. Wish I could set down with them both one more time.
