Long time lurker first time poster.

Due to an unfortunate shot a couple years ago on a bull and not liking the way my super light Flatline arrow reacted to it I decided I needed a better penetrating setup this year. I saw that Easton has the new Deep Six FMJ that has some good reviews so far and I wondered if anyone here has any experience or feedback?

Thanks Brothers(and Sisters where applicable)

I dont know about the Deep 6 FMJ. One of my sons shoots the regular FMJ's and likes them. He has never had a problem with them.

The Deep Six inserts require special broadheads from Muzzy and a few others.  I use the Standard insert FMJ in one of my bows and Axis infused in another.  The FMJ in a 340 spine is 11.3 gpi and hits hard.  Likewise the Axis in a 340 spine is 9.5 gpi and hits hard as well.  I personally have had great luck with both and it comes down to personal preference.  If you already shoot Deep 6 broadheads both the FMJ and AXIS are offered with that insert versus the HIT insert.
