Brand new, in the box, ESS shooting glasses, safety glasses, or whatever you want to use them for glasses.

It comes with a nice case, two sets of lens (smoke and clear), and I believe a strap to hold it on your heads.

To be eligible to win, you must post one thing you like about the site or one possible recommendation for us to grow.

I will let this run until Sunday afternoon and will draw after church.
(Probably around 11-11:30)

#1 thing must be the Site Administrators right?!

Okay, those guys are great but I really think the thing I like the most is the willingness of pretty much everyone on here giving positive feedback and suggestions. There\'s not the bashing seen on some other sites and I guess that does go back to the Admins too for \'crowd control\'.

I really think we have the best group of people on this sight. Great sponsor\'s that are willing to share tips and great offers on their products.

I feel like I know everyone even though I have only met a few of you. Don\'t feel like that on other forums. I look forward to checking in every day. :upthumb:

I would say its the guys/gals on here. like francis said I feel like we know each other, pretty tight knit. which has to caused me to actually get to know some of you in person...... :D where else do you find that.
btw, those will make some fine qualification glasses ;)

I think the way the mods keep posting and pushing topics.

One think I would like to see but don\'t know if its possible with this layout. An indicator that shows which threads I have posted in, so it\'s easy to scroll down and find one that needs a second look.

Barry, when you\'re logged in, at the top under an advertising banner is \"User Control Panel.....View your posts....BTO Live\". If you click on View your posts, I think you\'ll see what you\'re asking. If not, I\'ll go back to sleep and let Dan or Brad address!! :)

That is something we can certainly look into for you, Barry.
I also enjoy that feature.

Russ is spot on with his route of checking previous posts, but this just offers another option.

I will talk to JF and see what we can do.
He\'s the magic man....

When I mess around with computers it\'s more like... :help2: :help2: :help2: :dk:

In addition to the \"View your posts\" option, you can also go directly to http://www.backtrakoutdoors.com. On that page you will notice a link bar that contains several options.

View unanswered posts == threads with zero reply\'s
View unread posts == posts you have not read
View new posts == threads started in the current day
View active topics == threads with reply\'s in the current day

Would you guys/gals like these links as an option on every page?

Barry - Would the \"View unread posts\" or the \"View your posts\" be the option you looking for? Some other visual indication that you\'ve replied to a thread?

Lets see....one thing....no, can\'t do it. We have some truly good hunters on here that are willing to spend precious time typing out answers to seemingly silly, rookie questions. I like the fact that those in command of the site are not hawking their wares! I really like the fact that encouragement is given freely without criticism.

I am beginning to catch on to the fact that good-natured needling that goes over in the field does not fair well in print, although I\'m sure I will never be completely rid of that.

I think that while a smaller group certainly is more conducive to more intimate knowledge of individuals, there is an advantage in the dissemination of knowledge in having greater numbers. Not sure how to accomplish that but know that word of mouth works well.

Congratulations, Russ!!! :upthumb: :upthumb:

Please send me your address in a PM and I will send them on your way.

I can certainly do it that way, but what I had in mind was an indicator next to the thread heading on the topic page. So the way I navigate is I always have a topic page up and just bounce from topic to topic. As I pull up \"Other Game\" and it lists the threads, there would be an asterisk or something next to the thread titles I have posted in. It\'s just a navigation tool, no biggy, but as the threads get more numerous, you can scroll through pages of threads pretty quickly searching for that one one thread.

Woo hoo!! I had an old pair with scratches on them and figured it would be a good pic to post showing I can actually use these new glasses! Well, I think I didn\'t get them quite far enough in my supply box before shutting the lid! Guess this is good timing then - need to go with wife and site in the rifle with her. Oh, heck no, don\'t even go there - she\'ll use what are now my \'old\' glasses, since hers got squashed!

Thanks Dan and Back Trak!

I agree Barry.

The more populated we get, the quicker threads will move through the front page.

The little indicator showing you posted in a thread is a nice touch.
