From Florida to Montana

Me and a buddy bought general elk licenses for Montana yesterday. Now we are trying to narrow down on where to hunt at. Any sound advice would be much appreciated!

Congrats Chase! I have never hunted Montana, so probably not much help. Do you have tags for a specific unit or are they good for multiple? That might be helpful to anyone who could potentially share some info.

they are good for multiple. Any unit that allows hunting with a general elk tag which their are a lot of.
