with my son tomorrow. they are raised and released trout that mo has at there state parks, but its still fun. he is looking forward to it and im looking forward to making some memories with him.
didnt make it today, hopefully tomorrow. my son has been saving up to buy a 1907 mauser and he finally earned the money and wanted to get it today instead of fishing. maybe tomorrow. or maybe i will get the turkey hunting stuff rounded up.
Have fun fishing. That old Mauser he is getting should be great for a lifetime of hunting and shooting. I still have the Mauser my dad made up for me. I plan to pass it on to a grandson or granddaughter son day.
it is amazing how smooth the action is after hundred plus years. im thinking about finding a original stock for the 1917 i redid and put it back together. would have the opposing ww1 guns even though not original.
